SOLD!!!

When we decided we were serious about moving we also decided that Heavenly Father is watching out for us and that if things are meant to be they will work out. When we found the house we are buying we both fell in love with it, but we knew it was going to take a miracle for things to work out smoothly. We were worried about having two houses, or possibly no houses (I'm not sure which is worse). Things are miraculously working out.

On Thursday afternoon we found out that our offer on the house in Midway was accepted, yeah! Then Thursday evening we received a counter offer on our house which we accepted on Friday morning. Our current closing date is Feb. 28th on both houses, but we are hoping to do it a little earlier so that we can get some work done while Matt has time off.

We are so excited, well I should say that Matt and I are so excited. Hailey is less than excited, she doesn't want a new house. Every once in a while she forgets that she's not excited and shows a little excitement about her new room, but she quickly remembers that she doesn't want a new room.
