Mischief

Aida has become mischievieous, and I'm pretty sure she knows it. The other day I was on the phone (that seems to be what I'm doing when most bad things happen) when I realized she had been quiet for a while. I went to check on her and found her in my room with the brand new tube of toothpaste crinkled up and almost empty. (this is not the first time) It was on my carpet and so nicely displayed on this box. Hailey thought she might be doing ART. Possibly, but I guess I need to find her a new ART medium, because toothpaste is hard to clean up. My carpet has never been the same.

Pre-school graduation

Hailey graduated from Pre-school on Friday. She has absolutely loved pre-school and I am amazed at all the things she has learned. She is really growing up. At the graduation ceremony Miss leslie said that Hailey is friendly, a leader, likes to organize the girls at recess and come up with fun things for them to do, and she is creative.

Hailey can't wait for Kindergarden. On Saturday she woke up and asked me if she had school today. I reminded her that it is Summer and she just finished school. She said she meant the big kid school, she's ready for kindergarden. She was dissappointed to find out that she will have to wait until Fall to start kindergarden.

Baking Cookies

We made sugar cookie bouquets for Hailey's pre-school teacher the other day. Hailey was thrilled when Libbie happened to call to see if we could play so she got to make one for her teacher too.

The girls had so much fun, they were great cookie makers!
