Sophie is 1

Sophie is one!  Here are some of the things I want to remember about Sophie at this age:  she has such a fun personality already!  Sophie is full of energy and busy all the time.  She doesn't make much noise.  She absolutely adores both of her sisters and loves to be by them any chance she can get.  She is cautious, she can stand, but hasn't tried to take a step yet.  Her balance is great so when she starts to walk it shouldn't take long to be an expert.  Sophie loves babies, she usually sleeps with the minky blanket she got for Christmas and a baby.  Sophie couldn't be sweeter and we are so blessed to have her in our family. She really is our little miracle!

2 and 5

I can't believe how quickly these two are growing up!  They are such cute little friends even though there is almost 4 years between them.  Aida adores Sophie and Sophie adores Aida!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY you two!

Swiss Christmas 12-9-2013

 Oh how we love this small town.  There is a town Christmas party every year at town hall.  They have singing and dancing and at the end Santa comes and the kids get a huge bag of candy.

Gingerbread Houses 12-6-2013

Every year they do a gingerbread contest in Heber and they have a mini mini festival of trees there too.  This year Mia's family did a tree, so we went to see it.  Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the tree, or the houses, but the girls had a fun time looking around and enjoyed everyone's creations.

O Christmas Tree 11-23-2013

One of our favorite new traditions is cutting down a fresh Christmas Tree.  Our ceilings are 12' high, so we love having a huge tree.  Somehow I didn't end up with any pictures of it decorated...it was beautiful!

The tree is so tall that this little ledge is the easiest way to get the star on.  Aida was thrilled to be able to put the star on this year.

Hailey, of course, had to get up there and do a little decorating too.

Sophie was pretty excited about the tree, she was surprisingly good about not pulling things off.

It's nice to have friends 11-19-2013

Aida is growing up fast!  She loves to play with friends, here she is with her cute friend Lydia.  Aida and Lydia are such cute friends, they could play all day. They love to play barbies, dress up and play house.  They also love a good tea party.

Here they are warming up by the fire after playing outside.  Aida loves to come in and flip the switch to turn the fire on anytime she is the least bit cold.

Halloween

Halloween was fun this year with two skeletons and a fancy witch.

We couldn't find a costume for Hailey this year so she helped me paint this skeleton with glow in the dark paint.  We were pretty happy with how it turned out.

It was the year of not finding things, we searched and searched for our witch hats and couldn't find them.  Luckily for Aida Mimi had this super fancy hat!

Sophie was also a skeleton. She enjoyed a sucker while the girls trick or treated.

We all went to Lani's work to trick or treat before going to Libbie and Katie's neighborhood.
